Remember when Kim Kardashian and his highness, Sir Justin Bieber were hanging out together and immediately there was a price on Kim Kardashian's head? (Woe to any woman who gets close to Bieber and who isn't his mom!) Well here's some seriously damning evidence of more of Justin and Kim's time spent together. Intimate time. In the sexy-time Bahamas. Time spent REENACTING THE MOVIE “THE GRADUATE,” WHICH IS ALL ABOUT A YOUNG MAN WHO HAS A RIBALD LOVE AFFAIR WITH A FOXY OLDER LADY WITH A PENCHANT FOR BOOZE, HOTEL ROOMS, AND ANIMAL PRINTS.

Spoiler 1: The key line in “The Graduate” is “Are you trying to seduce me?” Spoiler #2: The answer is yes.

Justin Bieber and Kim Kardashian's romp-in-the-ocean photos appear in the September issue of Elle magazine. If you can stomach it. Ugh. Someone needs to put a stop to this. Even though it already happened. Someone needs to prevent this from EVER HAPPENING AGAIN!

their is a epic picture of president obama leaning over and these African American children are touching his head. i just ordered it. its one of my most fav pic of POTUS, it sums up so much. I cant wait to get it.

The Cali-based hedge fund where Stuart Peterson's people do their thing is amazing and screams “Welcome to San Francisco.”

The first thing we noticed is that apparently no one sits on a chair. Next: the art collection is stellar; the views are amazing, there's a gym, a steam room, and most curiously: maybe a massage table (slide 8).

Massage table or not, there are plenty of uber-chic nooks for Artis employees to figure out their next tech venture target.

Alex S. MacLean, Aerial Photographer

Posted by Bobby Solomon • August 5, 2010 • Photography

I think you would agree that aerial photos are pretty rad. They’re a pretty niche area of photography, I mean, how people own a plane and super fancy camera? Well Alex S. MacLean does and he takes some damn fine photos as well. I was really taken by the more abstract ones that you see above.

The first image is obviously some kind of theme park, but from above it’s kind of a psychedelic explosion. The second image are actually a pair of unmarked tennis courts but are completely unidentifiable. If I didn’t know this was an aerial photo I would think it was some kind of abstract painting. It’s pretty clear that the last two photos are random crops, but the colors of the third one and the geometry of the fourth one really get me excited.

6 Tips for Photography (At Your Ex-Girlfriend’s Wedding):

I was able to capture this scene just seconds after a feral cat caught the newly released dove. Notice how I waited until the background was empty of feet to enhance the isolation of this omen. At the time, both sides of the family chuckled about the irony of the situation but no one will be chuckling years from now when the marriage is struggling from infidelity and alcoholism and the picture of a dead dove is the only memory of how nature aligned long ago to speak out against this unity.

Affordability and style

The first things you’ll quickly realize when shopping around for this laptop is that you’ll be able to get a better system if you configure it on the HP online store. The online store offers you a chance to upgrade just about everything on this laptop. The base price without any fiddling for the HP G62t is $599.

Once you do get yours in-front of you the other thing that will become very obvious is the borrowed styling from HP’s premium level laptops the HP Envy 13 and 15. The body styles for both the G62t and the Envy’s is apparent but the difference is the roughly $1000 more you pay for the Envy series laptops over the base G62t.

Great multimedia capabilities

Onto some important components, the screen is very important and HP didn’t cheat you on the screen for this 15.6? notebook. With some adding of some options like the optional blu-ray drive this notebook could easily become an entertainment notebook. The G62t uses a 15.6? LED back-lit display that has the only draw back of only being 720p capable. Other than the 720p which isn’t much of a downside the 16:9 LED monitor will offer a noticeable upgrade to any previous generation budget notebooks.

The next important thing to talk about is the laptops build quality. With the HP G62t build quality and all-around thoughtful design can’t be stressed enough. Starting off with the decision to use a matte finished outer case instead of the glossy ones you see on their similarly priced laptops was great. With the matte finish you don’t have to be constantly wiping off the finger-prints that would be all of the place with a glossy case. The rest of the body is made from the same magnesium alloy that you’ll find on the HP Envy series and Mac book Pro laptops.

Keep the lights on when using this one…

The touchpad on the G62t is blended into the palmrest and really only has a noticeable outline to let you know where it is. It feels just as the palm rests do and this could be a problem for some. The buttons for the right and left click are one single bar placed below the space for the touchpad, this can also prove to be a problem for some.

Some perks added by HP to this laptop include the Altec Lansing speakers, webcam and the Energy Star of approval for efficiency. However the Altec Lansing speakers performed less than spectacular so we do recommend some headphones or external speakers for this laptop. We found the webcam to be satisfactory and the Energy Star sticker to be reassuring that we are helping reduce environmental damage.

Conclusion

The sturdy and modern styling of the HP G62t laptop was much appreciated and for the starting price of $600 we hope other companies start doing this. The pluses for this laptop both in performance and in function far out weight the conundrum of the touchpad. For the price you really can’t go wrong with the HP G62t laptop.

I placed my order on Sep 4th, and since I wanted to split my order into 2 charges with 2 different Credit Cards, I noticed I could not, and therefore I called Amazon’s Customer service, and they told me that I could not do it, so I simply said, OK I will go to Apple site, and buy it there, and the customer service rep said, well what you can do is to buy a Gift Certificate with one of your cards, you get an e-mail right away from Amazon with that number, and use that, with your other card, and the problem is solved. It sounded simple, and I did it. I waited 1 hour, and 2 and 3, and then called Amazon again, and they said to wait couple of hours, and I will get it. I waited until 12AM Sep 5th (since I wanted to go out of US, and needed to do this before leaving), and they assured me by the time I am up, I will have that number in my in-box.

Next day there was nothing from Amazon, so again I called, and this time I was assured by 5PN that day the number will be there. At 6PM it was there, and I used it and made a 1279 dollars purchase.

Amazon tried to put 3 charges, each 1279 through my Bank, therefore they stopped all of them, and I did not know about any since I was out of the country, until Sep10th(which was the date, I was suppose to get the shipment delivered to my house0. Again I had to call Amazon for almost 6 more times, and every time some joker was telling me, that let me know your Bank phone number, and we will take care of it, and for 4 days this went on, and on. I called Amazon again, since daily I was getting e-mails from them saying my order has not gone through, because of insufficient funds in my account. I called, and asked the rep what is going on, and after her trying not to answer my questions, she said let’s call your Bank, and talk to them directly(I am not sure if you have tried to call your bank directly these days or not, but it is not an easy task) but we did anyhow, and my bank’s rep told the Amazon rep, that the reason the charges were denied, has been the quantities of them, and she said in the past 2 days alone, Amazon has requested 5 times, the amount of 1279 dollars(If you remember I bought it a 500 gift certificate, and the true charge should have been 779 dollars), so I told my bank give a verbal OK with Authorization number to Amazon Rep and let’s get this thing resolve once and for ever, and when she tried, Amazon refuse to accept it, and told me that I have to cancel my order and order this again, and when I asked her to let me talk to your manager, and why did you ask to have my bank online, if you knew that later on you will refuse their Authorization, she put me on eternal hold, and then I got cut off.

So I tried to cancel my order, but the system would not let me, so I called Amazon again, and asked to talk to a manager, and every time you call you have to tell your whole story otherwise you will not get an opportunity to talk to a manager. When I told him that, he said no Robert, you do not have to do this, and we are putting your order through, and charge you 779(since I did lose 7 days by then I upgraded the shipping, and after 500 dollars gift certificate, my charge out of my bank account raised to 809.00), and he said he will e-mail me about our talk, and this amount, and do not worry about anything Robert, TRUST ME.

Believe it or not I never got an e-mail, and on Sunday 13th, Amazon went ahead and charged my account more than 1300 dollars, and since I did not expected them they will do that, and I got assured the total amount after 500 dollars gift certificate will be 809.00, I went ahead, and used my ATM card for other purposes. Amazon by doing that caused my account to be over drafted and I ended up getting 100 dollars bank fee for that reason alone.

So what did I do today? Guess. Called Amazon again (this was my 17th times, since Sep 4th). They said that Amazon Gift department somehow missed giving me credit for 500 dollars, and therefore 1309 dollars went through my account instead of 809 dollars, and it will be 10 days until they can resolve this.

I wish Jeff Bezo will know these types of horror stories happening to his loyal customers. I have been Amazon’s loyal customer, and even though we are not rich, we bought over 3000 dollars of goods in the past 3 months from Amazon. I swear to my mother’s life, that no longer will I do business with Amazon, after this past 10 hell days. I have spent over 19 hours on the phone, and have been so upset the other day, I thought I am having a heart attack, and guess what it is still not over, and I have to deal with it another 10 days. Just for one deal. Then people say what is wrong with corporate America? This is it, lack of care, and do not giving a DAM what your customer feels, and goes through. If I would have decided the other day to go through Apple (even though their laptop price was 10 dollars less), and was not a loyal customer of Amazon, I would have been using my laptop 1 week, and already was used to it, and on top of that I would have not spent 1 hour with some Joe Shmo on Philippines, day in, and day out.

SAHAME ON AMAZON to take of customers like me and my wife this way, SHAME.

Apple iBook G3-500 10GB 128MB DVD 12.1-SVGA ENET 56KAmazon.com
Apple’s new iBook is a solid choice for anyone who wants an elegantly engineered notebook but does not have the budget for one of Apple’s stunning PowerBooks. At only 4.9 pounds and 1.35 inches thick, with a 5-hour rated maximum battery life, this is a trim, extremely lightweight unit that offers strong overall portability. Inside the case, the feature set is solid too: a PowerPC G3 CPU running at 500 MHz, 128 MB of memory (expandable to 640 MB), 10 GB hard disk drive, 8x DVD-ROM drive, 56K modem, and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet NIC. Our only quibble is the relatively small 12.1-inch screen, a design compromise in the interests of portability. The system comes with both the classic Mac OS 9 and the slick new Mac OS X installed…. Apple iBook Laptop

Thanks to Electronics Reviews

This is my second 17″ MacBook Pro. I had the last generation in a 2.93GHZ CPU. My first one had a SSD drive, this one does not. I updated my first one to 8GB of RAM, this one still has 4GB, and I won't be in a rush to update it. BTW, my first MBP was stolen.

If you can stand the weight, and don't let the other reviewers fool you. Yes you get a nice 17″ full HD display, but it is very heavy. I'm 6'4″ and have a Brenthaven backpack and Brenthaven carry all. You will need some protection for this thing, because if you drop it, it is heavy enough to break itself. The folks at Brenthaven were great. After my first MBP was stolen they sent me not one but two replacement sleeve at no charge. Did I say it was heavy? It is really heavy. Try to carry it around all day and you will start think that small is beautiful.

We have two 13″ macs in the house. A unibody MacBook–the best selling laptop ever, and the newer 13″ MacBook Pro–fast becoming the most popular laptop ever. Both of these are outstanding computers–probably better machines. They are lighter and more fun to use.

Let me say a few words about speed. I love fast machines. But get serious, even the slowest Mac is fast as heck. The only reason for getting a really fast machine is if you do video editing, and perhaps professional graphics people who deal with huge photoshop files–if you don't then don't delude yourself into thinking you need a really fast machine. Even so, these other machines will do whatever you want.

I would have bought the new 13″ or perhaps the 15″ if I didn't have all the accessories for the 17″. While this 17″ is good for what I wanted–Video editing in the field. It is not very good for every day use. I'd recommend the 13″ or 15″ or even the MacBook Air for most people. I compromised and bought this and a new iPad. So I have something for general use to carry around, and a blazing fast laptop.

I bought each machine with the glossy display. I like the rich colors and most of the time I don't use it in places with lots of reflections. I could have changed to a mat display and did not. Mainly because I felt the glass display was mechanically stronger, and I don't intend to lose this laptop–I'll have this one for ten years or more.

What else? Well so far in general use, I don't find it to be any faster than my older one. I have not tried ripping a DVD to MP4 yet, that will probably be faster. The truth is, this MBP and the last generation are both darn fast machines. Either will blow your mind with how fast they are.

I did not get a SSD drive this time, because on my old machine, it was lightning fast when I bought it, but not much faster than a hard drive after a year's use. Why pay for something that will just keep getting slower? By the way, I do not recommend the APPLE SSD's. I love SSD's. I'm hooked. I'll just wait and try to find one that works better than the stock Apple Toshiba SSD's.

As for the extra memory. Unless you are a power user, the 8GB or ram is a bit of overkill. I'll probably update my memory when I have some spare cash and another machine to move the present 4GB of RAM into. I do think the combination of a fast SSD and 8GB of Ram will prevent swapping from taking place which will probably improve the longevity of a SSD.

As for this product or any of the Apple products, what sold me on these machines, is the touchpad. I had enough of pushing my pointer over to the side to find a scroll bar and move down the screen–it is tedious. The Apple touchpad interface ALONE, is the worth the purchase of one of these machine. It is so fast, so easy, so natural–so “got to have it and can't stand the old way any more”.

The other essential feature is a backlit keyboard. Don't get a Mac without that feature.

Battery life. I was getting 5-6 hours on my old 17″ MBP. I can't say how long the new one will last, supposedly it gets 8 hours. That great, but rarely will I need that. Just be glad that Mac batteries last longer than you will need them.

I was a long time Windows user and computer builder–since 1983. I've been working with computers since the PDP-11 and used DOS, Windows, Unix, Linux, and OS-X. I've built dozens of computers for myself. I paid $1000 for one the first 386 motherboards!

While the new versions of Linux come close, no one has a better operating system than Apple. Anyone who has switched will agree with me. I switched over when Apple went to Intel CPU's. These have been some of the happiest years in my life. No more viruses. I rarely have to reboot my machine. My Apple desktops have been running without rebooting for many months. My Mac Mini have not been shut off more than three times in three years.

Rebooting? Once in a while you will have to reboot this system for an Apple update. Never will you have to reboot for any other application. You might have to shut down Firefox, or some application to update hat one application–but you will not have to reboot to update an application or most Apple updates. How great is that? The one time I thought my system was locked up–guess what it was? My cordless mouse needed new batteries. This kind of reliatble computer problem I love. Apple computers don't have problems.

OS X is a customizable as you like, or leave it alone right out of the box–it is nearly perfect.

So think about what you want. If you want a good laptop–get the 13″; need a bigger screen, get the 15″. Think you are big enough to carry the 17″, or using it mostly at home–get the 17″ but be wary. I tried using my 17″ in bed and found it uncomfortable. It is heavy enough, even with a folded up blanket under it, to hurt your chest if stood in edge to see the keyboard. It is too big for 95% of the people. If you get one, you will start thinking about getting a MacBook Air or iPad. You will be happier with the 13″.

One final thing: Get AppleCare's extended warranttee on eBay for half the price.

Questions to Ask Your Wedding Photographer

0

I taken a lot of Pix in the last days – please tell me what you think:

Bonze @ Chiang Mai (Thailand) by Eric Rousset

{Fotos als Poster preiswert entwickeln-

The top three wedding expenses are usually the wedding location, the wedding dress, and the photographer. When so much time, effort, money and love have gone into this one special day, it's understandable that one would want it to be preserved beautifully on film. There are ways however to save significant money on a wedding photographer without sacrificing quality.

College Students- If your local college has an art program, it's highly likely they have photography program within it. By calling the college directory, you can get the names of photography professors or department heads. When you reach them, ask if they have senior level students who are excelling at action and portrait photography. More than likely, they will be able to give you the contact information for a few bright and talented students who have the training to take beautiful pictures, yet not charge you an arm and a leg.

Craig's List- Many fledgling photographers advertise on this site. These photographers often offer great deals if allow them to use your photographs to help build up their professional photographers.

The Knot- This website is an incredible wedding resource, and includes listings for local photographers, both who have a studio and who are freelance. This will give you a great idea of who's out there in your area so that you can compare prices. If you're looking to save money, your best bet is to go with a freelance photographer who doesn't have a studio. This avoids raised rates due to high overhead.

Ask around- More than likely, you have a friend, relative or co-worker who knows a good photographer. This could be someone they've used in the past, or know personally. A personal connection can often help to get you a great price reduction, or give you a lead to a photographer who might not advertise to the general public.

When dealing with an amateur photographer or student, there are a few things you can do to ensure you still get professional grade photos at a reasonable rate.

Ask to see a portfolio- Most serious photographers will have a collection of photos they have done in the past. Ask to see their work, especially action shots, candid and portraits. This will give you a clear idea of the photographer's ability level and personal photography style.

Request references- Even if the photographer hasn't done many professional jobs, they should still be able to furnish names of people who have worked with them on various projects, such as professors they've done work for, or friends and family that they've done portraits for.

Do a practice run- Ask the photographer if they'd be willing to do some practice photographs at the wedding site. This way the photographer can see if there will be any lighting challenges at the site, and will allow you to see them in action. Make sure to do this well in advance of the event, so if you're not satisfied with their performance, you can find another photographer you feel more confident about.

Make sure you know what you're getting- Make sure you go over all of the details of what's included with the photographer's fee. Some photographers include the prints, some only provide proofs. Some charge extra if they're there over a certain number of hours. Be sure you are clear in what you want, and what you expect out of the photographer, so they won't try to charge you additional fees once the job is complete.

While finding a photographer that charges less may take a little more work, it is well worth it if you can save thousands on the cost or your wedding. Just be careful, and make sure you are still getting quality while saving money.

A rail passenger who took photographs of an overcrowded train carriage was threatened with arrest under anti-terror laws.

Nigel Roberts, 41, was so appalled by the cramped conditions commuters have to endure he warned a ticket inspector that dangerous overcrowding could cost lives. ‘When I told him I had taken some photos he said it was illegal under the Terrorism Act and that I could be arrested and demanded my name and address.

'He said there were police officers on the train and I may be arrested for taking the photographs. He said he had powers given to him under the Railways Act to ask me for the information and it was an even more serious offence for me not to comply.

'I felt as if I was in a police state.
